Bassett is responsible for the development and implementation of the new CaesarStone Advantage Program. This is the first industry program of its kind and provides fabricators and installers with numerous promotions, discounts, training, and reward points. He is also responsible for managing all field technical service, the warranty department and customer service department. Bassett reports directly to president Arik Tendler.
