The weather and energy were great. Everyone loved the house cocktail mixed with Tito’s Handmade Vodka. The lines were endless for The Lobster Joint catering and Peter Pan Donuts were a hit! And the Caesarstone team, as the official sponsor of the event, had a blast.

The local neighborhood residents, especially families were really thankful for the event as their kids were entertained by clowns, face painting, the bouncy house, and also charmed by Ryan Serhant(Million Dollar Listing star) being dunked in the dunk tank. From young to old, everyone that walked through the bar saw 160 West floorplans and renderings and thought it was a game-changer for Brooklyn. They love the layouts, the finishes, and are very much excited for this building to come to Greenpoint, especially by the waterfront. What’s unique the Gibraltar, aside from its close proximity to the river, is that every single apartment has 12 ft ceilings and at least 20 ft balconies, even the one bedrooms. The building also has its own private parking and rooftop cabanas for the residents.
