“CaesarStone brings THE RICHES To Your Kitchen” Official Promotion Rules
1. Dates/Eligibility. “CaesarStone brings THE RICHES to Your Kitchen” (Giveaway) begins March 19, 2007 and ends on or about March 26th. CaesarStone may change the dates and/or terms of the Giveaway without prior notice. Any material changes will be posted on CaesarStone’s website located at www.caesarstoneus.com (the "Site"). The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age and older at the time of entry. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase a participant's chance of winning.  The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Employees or distributors of CaesarStone or any entity associated with the sponsorship or conduct of the contest (collectively the "Sponsors") as well as members of the same household of any such employee or agents, are ineligible to participate.
2. How to Enter. On March 19, 2007, contest will be online at www.caesarstoneus.com, eligible registrants will be required to answer a trivia question based on the television show “The Riches” appearing on FX and will submit status (consumer, architect, designer, fabricator, builder or other), name, address, phone, and age to enter to win a new CaesarStone Quartz Surfaces kitchen countertop valued at approximately $2,000 and will include one sink for CaesarStone’s Aviv collection. After entering, contestants will see a “correct’ or “incorrect” answer but will be prompted to enter to win regardless of answer.  Offer excludes Concetto line CaesarStone will choose fabricator and installer.  Odds of winning depend on the number of entries submitted on line.
3. Selection of Winner. On or about March 26, 2007, CaesarStone will select one Grand Prize winner at random from all names submitted online. CaesarStone will notify Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner will be announced on or about March 26, on CaesarStone’s website (the "Site"). The Grand Prize winner will allow CaesarStone to photograph a "before" and “after” shot of their kitchen countertop for CaesarStone’s promotional use (any).  CaesarStone will take approximately eight (8) weeks to complete the project. Grand Prize winner and pictures of the "before" and "after" may be presented on the CaesarStone website (the “Site”).  Only winner will be notified.

4. Prizes. Prize winner will be responsible for any taxes, fees, or other charges that result from the receipt and/or use of the prize. The prize winner may be required to be completed an IRS Form W-9 and/or IRS Form 1099-Misc (will not be provided by CaesarStone).  Winner will be responsible for demolition of current countertops and any plumbing necessary to complete job.
5. Conditions/Restrictions. CaesarStone is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or garbled telephone transmission failures of any kind. In exchange for the right to enter the Giveaway, each participant agrees to release and indemnify the sponsors and their respective offers, directors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and employees from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the participant's participation in the Giveaway. In case Grand Prize winner will not accept prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Conditions/Restrictions. As a condition of receiving his/her prize, winner may be required to produce identification satisfactory to CaesarStone and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release (including the publicity release) as prepared by CaesarStone. If CaesarStone is unable to contact prize winner using the telephone number supplied during the entry process, the prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may or may not be selected. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate in and/or win the contest will be subject to disqualification. No previous major prize winner in a CaesarStone Giveaway within the last 12 months is eligible to enter or win and will be disqualified.

“Promotion” actually begins March 5, 2007. Contest begins March19th and ends around March 26th.  Email blast will be sent on March 9th regarding premiere episode March 12th.  Contest is centered on March 19th episode.  Contest closes March 26th.
