THE “PREMIERE” COUNTERTOP CONTEST RULES/TERMS and CONDITIONS

Limitations on Eligibility/Availability of Promotion
U.S. Quartz Products ("CaesarStone USA") reserves the exclusive right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notification. This Promotion ("Promotion") is void where prohibited by applicable law. The Promotion and the offer to participate therein are made only within the United States and only to legal residents thereof (excluding Puerto Rico). All entrants must be at least twenty one (21) years old as of the beginning of the Promotion listed below. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility as a condition to the delivery of the applicable prize. Employees or distributors of CaesarStone or any entity associated with the sponsorship or conduct of the contest (collectively the "Sponsors") as well as members of the same household of any such employee or agents, are ineligible to participate.

Dates/How to Enter
(Giveaway) begins March 23rd, 2007 and ends on or about April 2nd.  CaesarStone may change the dates and/or terms of the Giveaway without prior notice. Any material changes will be posted on CaesarStone’s website located at www.caesarstoneus.com (the "Site").  There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase a participant's chance of winning.  The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.  Falsification of any information will void eligibility in the Promotion. There is a limit of one entry per household. Duplicate entries will be void. All entries become the property of CaesarStone USA and will not be returned.  By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Promotion Rules.

U.S. Quartz Products (CaesarStone USA) shall not be liable for (1) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner on the winning entry submission, (2) entries, and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical error of any kind, (3) any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, misdirected, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the Promotion, (4) any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment, software, program malfunctions or other failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human, mechanical or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any part of this Promotion, or (5) any warranty of fitness or merchantability of any prize or the function or operation thereof, which shall be the sole responsibility of the manufacturer of the prize.


Prizes
- 1 Grand Prize - (2) tickets to the premiere screening of THE NANNY DIARIES including round-trip airfare, transportation to and from airport to hotel and hotel accommodations for one night.

- 10 Second Place prizes - (10) Swiffer gift packs (gift pack items may vary).
Prizes will be awarded, however CaesarStone USA reserves the right to substitute cash or a prize of equal or greater monetary value for any prize. Winner shall be responsible and liable for all federal, state and local taxes relating to their prize.

Selection
A random drawing will take on or around deadline listed above (April 2nd 2007).  The random drawing is currently scheduled for April 30, 2007. The date and time of this drawing is subject to change at any time except that it shall not exceed 30 days after the Promotion deadline. The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of CaesarStone USA. The decisions of CaesarStone USA are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

The winners will be notified in person, by telephone, postal mail, and/or email. CaesarStone USA reserves the right to determine the method of notification. Winners must claim their prize within three (3) business days after the date of notification of such prize. A Promotion winner's failure to respond to the prize notification within the specified three (3) business days will be considered such Promotion winner's forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. If a selected entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries.  In case Grand Prize winner will not accept prize, an alternate winner may be selected.  Only winners will be notified.

General Conditions and Releases
An entrant or winner may be disqualified from the Promotion if he or she fails to comply with each provision of these Official Promotion Rules, as determined in the sole discretion of CaesarStone USA.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, entry constitutes permission to use an entrant's name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and testimonials in all media, in perpetuity, in any manner CaesarStone USA deems appropriate for publicity purposes without any further compensation to such entrant. Winners agree to be bound by these Official Promotion Rules and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.  As a condition of receiving his/her prize, winner may be required to produce identification satisfactory to CaesarStone USA and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release (including the publicity release) as prepared by CaesarStone USA to be eligible for the prize otherwise such winner will be considered ineligible and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. Winners may be required to furnish proof of identity, address and birth date in order to receive the applicable prize.

By entering, an entrant agrees to release and hold harmless CaesarStone USA, and its respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively "Claims") that may arise from their acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or their participation in this Promotion, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Promotion will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

CaesarStone USA reserves the right to modify the rules of the Promotion in any way and at any time. CaesarStone USA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion in the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond its control that corrupt or effect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Promotion. This Promotion shall be governed by the applicable laws of the State of California. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree that California courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Promotion and that venue shall be only in Los Angeles, California.

Privacy Policy
CaesarStone USA may provide participants' details to its respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, agents, and representatives. Promotion participants agree that provided information can be used by CaesarStone affiliated companies. Participant details will not be sold to third parties.
