Our USA Plant and Manufacturing Process

Proudly made in the USA

To cater to the growing demand for premium-grade quartz countertops in the U.S.A and beyond, Caesarstone opened a manufacturing plant in Savannah, Georgia, in 2015. Our state-of-the-art facility expedites product-to-market, while realizing our commitment to the communities in which we operate by creating local jobs and advancing American technology with our innovation power.

Passionately crafted with cutting-edge innovation

Caesarstone craftsmanship and care continue to evolve continuously since 1987, taking a technological leap with each new collection that we launch. Our quartz surfaces are made in a highly automated yet strictly monitored and controlled process, which meets the stringiest quality standards.

Feeding and Mixing
Raw materials are selected, tested, and mixed together to form a high-ratio blend of 90% quartz minerals, pigments, and resins.

Molding and pressing
The mixture is poured into a mold and shaped into two slab sizes, which are then compressed under immense pressure (around 100 tons psi) and vibrated in a vacuum to release any air, resulting in a tightly compounded surface.

Curing
The slabs are moved to the curing kiln and heated to 90 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes, providing their ultimate levels of strength and solidity.

Polishing
The slabs are gauged, calibrated, and then polished to a perfect finish in a wide range of colors and designs.

Quality control
Every slab undergoes rigorous quality testing, to ensure it meets our highest degree of durability and nonporosity alongside our top design standards of color consistency and pattern perfection.

Tagging
Our slabs are labeled, sorted, tagged, and entered into our distribution system to be delivered to each of our customers in perfect condition.
